Smoking:
For the comfort of our guests all our rooms are Non-Smoking.

Cards accepted:
At present we do not accept credit or debit cards.

Deposit:
No deposit will be charged unless your booking dates coincide with local
high demand events such as the Scottish Grand National, Gold Cup,
Scottish
Bowling Championships, Open Golf Tournaments, etc when the first nights
bed and breakfast per person must be paid at time of booking.

Internet
Access: Wired Internet access can be
made available in public areas only providing you have your own
computer. Limited Email facilities can be made
available from our computer and is free of charge.

Pets: No Pets are allowed as we have no facilities to accommodate pets.

Parking: Parking of 1 car per room is possible at the rear of the property and is
free for the duration of your stay. This is strictly at your
own risk.

Extra Charges: There are no additional charges unless extra facilities are asked for
when any extra charges will be notified to you at that time.

Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be
charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of
failing to arrive without notice, the total price of the reservation
will be charged.

Arrival Time: Guests are asked
to notify us of an approximate arrival time when booking is confirmed.
Rooms are normally available from 12 mid-day, however, this can only be
guaranteed if we are advised in advance that you require the room early.

Check-out time: Guests are
expected to vacate the rooms by 10.00am to permit us to have them ready
for new arrivals.

Breakfast Time:
Between 8.00am and 9.00am on weekdays and Saturdays and between 8.30am
and 9.30am on Sundays. Exceptions can be made if advance
notice is given.

Special Occasions: If your
stay is a special occasion / anniversary, or similar we will be happy to
assist you with extra preparations such as placing champagne and flowers
in your room prior to your arrival or by receiving flowers via
interflora on your behalf providing such extras are paid for in advance.
